Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any personal or prejudicial interest which they may

                        c)  Footpath Maintenance – to confirm engagement of Mr J Legg to carry out grass

                             cutting/strimming and other works related to footpath between A339 and start of housing until

                             further notice.

                        d)  Request for grit bin on Wellhouse Road.

            Update.

9.         Report from Hampshire ALC and Representatives

            i)      To advise of the death of Bob Park on 24 December.   Mr Park had been the first Clerk to Beech PC and had recently

                    attended the Council’s 10th anniversary reception.   Chairman has sent a letter of condolence to his family.

            ii)     Report of District Association meeting held on 2 December.

            iii)    Hampshire ALC proposal to leave NALC.          

10.       Local Government Public Involvement in Health act 2007

            Response from Michael Mates MP regarding Council’s concerns regarding this legislation.

11.       Annual Parish Meeting – 15 March 2010      

            To agree format.

12.       Finance

            I)     Appointment of External Auditor – Mr Wayne Rickard of the Audit Commission

            II)    Grant Request: Hampshire County Youth Band Association

            III)   Receipts & Payments Summary to 31 December 2009.

            IV)   High Interest Bonds – Confirmation of purchase of additional bond.
