            a)         To confirm the Minutes of council meeting held on 18 January 2010 (copy enclosed)

            b)         To approve amendment to Minutes of Council meeting held on 16 November 2009 (payments                                

                        incorrectly recorded in Minutes although cheque payments made were correct against invoices)

3.         Declarations of Interest

Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any personal or prejudicial interest which they may have

in any item of business on the agenda no later than when that item is reached, and in the case of a prejudicial interest

(subject to certain provisions in the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) England Order 2007) to leave the

meeting prior to discussion and voting on the item.
