Thermal Survey sign up form

Please complete this form and press the ‘submit’ button if you want to participate in the Thermal Survey and are a resident of the Beech Parish.

  • Please note that the survey fee of £30.50 is due by 14th February 2022 and subject to our terms and conditions
  • If you do not want to pay for the Thermal Survey but still want to participate in our annual home energy CO2 assessment please complete the Annual home energy CO2 assessment form

Completed forms must be received by the 31st January and payment by the 14th February.

  1. We will not share your personal data with anyone without your permission.
  2. We will share your address with iRed® so they can plan the Thermal surveys.
  3. We will use the CO2 number and approximate year of construction so we can share ‘Best in class’ and ‘Most improved’ CO2 consumptions numbers.

    1. Participate in the Beech Thermal Survey.
    2. Allow the iRed® thermal survey team access to your property
    3. Pay the survey fee of £30.50 by 14th February 2022
    4. Our terms and conditions
    5. Your personal information being stored according to our privacy policy and used for the purposes of this survey

    What happens next

    1. This form will be emailed to Beech Parish Council
      • You will be sent a copy
    2. If appropriate, we will email you a payment link
    3. We will store your personal information securely and use it only for the purposes of running the Thermal Survey
      • We will share your address with iRed® but not your other personal information
    4. We will arrange with iRed® a schedule of surveys
    5. We will email you the proposed date of your survey and an approximate time
    6. After the survey we will email you your Thermal Survey report.
      1. We will not share your report with anyone else without your express permission.
      2. Under our terms and conditions the report will remain the property of iRed®
    7. We will provide a summary of the data so that you compare your data to the Beech average
    8. At the end of March we will run a workshop so that you can discuss your report with specialists and assess potential actions
    9. We will send you follow up emails to understand the effectiveness of this project
    10. We plan to share an annual ‘Best in class’ and ‘Most improved’ set of CO2 numbers. These will be anonymized unless we have your specific approval to share your data.
