Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/234)

1. The audit of accounts for Beech Parish Council for the year ended 31 March 2025 has been completed and the accounts have been published. |
|
|
2. The Annual Governance & Accountability Return is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Beech Parish Council on application to: |
|
|
(a) Mrs L Thomson – Clerk Old Stables, Wield Road, Medstead, Alton, Hampshire GU34 5NJ |
|
|
(b) Monday 29th September 2025 to Friday 31st October 2025 between 10am and 3pm Monday to Thursday. |
|
|
3. Copies will be provided to any person on payment of £3 for each copy of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return. |

|
(d) Announcement made: Mrs L Thomson – Clerk & RFO Beech Parish Council |

|
(e) Date of announcement: 28th September 2025 |
